Spring Pinterest Board

I am itching for spring! Itching for it, I tell you. We’ve had a gloriously mild winter. But…winter is still gloomy. Overcast skies, chilly temperatures, dead grass, no leaves or pretty flowers or any color to look at. So I’m sharing my Pinterest board with all things spring today.

I can’t wait to walk outside without wearing gloves, a hat or a winter coat. And I love it when our grass turns green. And when our flowers start to bloom. Well, you get the idea. I am DONE with winter!

What says spring to you?

Have a terrific day!

  1. What says spring to me? Once I have built a snowman and played in the snow, then it can be spring. I’ve not got to do that yet, so I’m still holding onto winter lol. Spring is when I can go run and not freeze to death doing it. Riding with the window down and the music turned up. Sitting out on the porch reading and writing and listening to the birds chirping in the trees and seeing squirrels and chipmunks scurrying around. And seeing a hawk lazily circling in the sky on a warm breeze.

    1. I hope you get a chance to build your snowman, Sally. I will be perfectly happy not building one this year! Haha! I love the way you described spring–yes! Yes to all of it!

  2. We have enjoyed some Spring like weather here in Mechanicsville VA. But, today is cold and rainy, back to winter weather. I start “itching” for Spring when I see tulips, daffodils and hyacinths peeking through the soil. Also, I crave Spring when temperatures start to rise and the sun warms my skin. 🙂
